- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup canned tomato sauce

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the vegetables are soft, around 10 minutes.
- Add the cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, and cayenne pepper to the pan. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add the tomato sauce and coconut milk to the pan. Stir everything together and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Once they start to crackle, add the onion and sauté until golden brown.
- Add turmeric, green chili, and tomatoes. Sauté for a minute or two.
- Add the soaked lentils to the pan, along with 1 cup of water, salt, and curry leaves. Mix well.
- Cover the pan and let the lentils cook for around 15-20 minutes, or until they are soft and cooked through.
- Take off the lid and turn off the heat. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
